Pricing is based on pet weight, size and care requirements. 价格会根据狗狗体重、体型与照顾需求安排。
Boarding pricing is based on your pet’s weight to ensure fair space, care and cleaning arrangement. 寄养价格按狗狗体重计算，以公平安排空间、照顾时间与清洁工作。
Check-out time for pet boarding is before 12:00 PM. Late check-out after 12:00 PM will be subject to an additional charge of RM5 per hour. 寄养 check-out 时间为中午 12:00 前。 超过中午 12:00 后 check-out，将额外收取 每小时 RM5 的费用。

Daycare is charged hourly and based on your pet’s weight. 日托按小时收费，价格根据狗狗体重计算。

Any stay above 9 hours will be charged as Pet Boarding / daily rate. 超过 9 小时将按宠物寄养 / 每日费用计算。
Limited large-room availability 大型犬房间名额有限
Pets above 15kg require availability confirmation before booking is accepted, as limited large-room space is available. 15kg 以上狗狗因需使用较大空间，名额有限。请先提交预约申请， 我们会确认档期、房间安排与狗狗情况后，再正式确认预约。
Boarding deposit only 仅寄养需要定金
Pet Boarding requires a RM50 deposit to reserve the slot. If the boarding booking is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable. 宠物寄养需要支付 RM50 定金以保留位置。如取消寄养预约，定金将不予退还。
Full payment is required upon check-in. Daycare and Grooming do not require deposit. Check-in 时需支付全额费用。宠物日托与宠物美容不需要支付定金。

All bookings are subject to availability. Please submit the booking request form first. We will contact you to confirm availability, pricing and payment arrangement. 所有预约需视档期而定。请先提交预约申请表格，我们会联系你确认档期、价格与付款安排。
Payment Summary付款说明
Boarding deposit is required only after availability is confirmed by The Paw Room. If the booking is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable. 寄养定金只会在 The Paw Room 确认有档期后才需要支付。 如取消寄养预约，定金将不予退还。

Booking Terms预约条规
To keep every pet safe, comfortable and properly cared for, all pets must meet the following requirements before boarding or daycare is accepted. 为了确保每只宠物安全、舒适并获得合适照顾， 所有狗狗在接受寄养或日托前都必须符合以下要求。
Health & safety requirements 健康与安全要求
- Dogs must have completed their required vaccinations.狗狗必须已完成所需疫苗。
- Dogs must be free from skin disease.狗狗不可患有皮肤病。
- Dogs must be free from fleas and ticks.狗狗不可有跳蚤或壁虱。
- Dogs must be free from contagious health conditions.狗狗不可有传染性健康问题。
- Dogs with aggressive behaviour, frequent barking, or a history of biting people or dogs may not be accepted.有攻击行为、频繁吠叫，或曾咬人 / 咬狗的狗狗可能不被接受。
- Owners are required to provide the dog’s daily food and personal items.主人需提供狗狗日常食物与个人用品。
- Female dogs in heat must wear diapers, provided by the owner.发情期母狗必须穿尿片，尿片需由主人提供。
- Male dogs are required to wear diapers during boarding or daycare. Diapers must be provided by the pet owner.公狗在寄养或日托期间需穿尿片，尿片需由主人提供。
Disclosure & special care 资料告知与特别照顾
- If your dog requires special attention, including food allergies, health conditions or behavioural habits, the owner must inform The Paw Room in advance.如果狗狗有食物敏感、健康状况或行为习惯等需要特别注意的事项，主人必须提前告知 The Paw Room。
- This allows us to record the information properly and provide suitable care.这样我们才能记录资料并提供更合适的照顾。
- If the owner fails to disclose important information and the dog becomes injured, unwell or unsuitable for boarding, the related responsibility will be borne by the owner.如主人未提前告知重要资料，导致狗狗受伤、不适或不适合继续寄养，相关责任将由主人承担。
- If a dog shows aggressive or severe stress-related behaviour during boarding, The Paw Room will contact the owner and may require early pick-up.如狗狗在寄养期间出现攻击性或严重压力反应，The Paw Room 会联系主人，并可能要求提前接回。
- Fees paid for the affected booking period are non-refundable if early pick-up is required due to safety or behaviour concerns.如因安全或行为问题需要提前接回，已支付的相关预约费用将不予退款。
- If a dog becomes unwell during boarding or daycare, The Paw Room will contact the owner immediately. In serious cases, the dog may be sent to a veterinary clinic, and all related costs will be borne by the owner.如狗狗在寄养或日托期间身体不适，The Paw Room 会立即联系主人。严重情况下可能会送往兽医诊所，相关费用由主人承担。
